When I made a test account on my test forum, to see if it'll register, the email I got shows %password%

Example:

Thanks for that. It's a new security feature to stop sending the password in the email. I just need to update the template so it no longer expects the password to be there {Smile}

Oh I see ok. I guess that would be a security flaw if it was sent to the wrong email. {Cheesy} {Tongue Out}

Having the password accessible from your e-mail account could mean that anyone who gets access to your email also gets access to your forum account and anywhere else that you've used the same password.

Yeah, that too. {Smile} especially on shared computers like the Public Library, or school. {Tongue Out}
