After fixing the text color problem with the UBBC buttons, for some reason now it has a lower scroll bar on everything, as if its trying to duplicate everything. It is even showing up in the context box in the quick reply, cause the text is starting far to the right in the box.

I've no idea what you're referring to. I've no idea what you're supposed to have done to do that, or why?

I'm referring to scroll bars and major stretching of the windows within the quick reply. The screenshot where suppose to help show that.

it just appeared after you fixed the text color and i cleared my cache like i said i'd need to do. I didn't change any codes or anything within this time, nor do i use any codes that would come close to even effecting the quick reply...

After a bit of digging, it was a code conflict of sorts which is why I didn't see anything like it on my test board. The style sheet for the pop-ups and the editor itself were including the extra styles you had set on your skin settings page, this included making the body 850px wide. I've updated those style sheets so they won't include those custom styles any more.
