I guess it's fixed now. It came back up.

Seems weird that that error would come up at all. It's used whenever the MySql server cannot be connected to. That service is monitored locally (with automatic restarts attempted) and externally with notification messages being sent. I've not had anything to say that the status monitor detected any problems nor have I had any messages to inform me of the service being restarted {Unsure} But so long as it came back on its' own then that's fine. Could just be that I've not yet received the notification of it having been restarted automatically and it wasn't down for long enough for the status monitor to pick up on it.

It happened like 20-30 minutes, after I enabled the API.

*Notices a spelling mistake in the error message*

Whether that is an issue or not would depend on how long the message appeared for. It could just be an intermittent stage of the server stabilizing itself which can last for (I believe) up to 1 or 2 minutes. If it starts to appear for longer than that then, and only then, is it an issue.

well it came to a white page, showing the issue and then i refrshed the page, thinking maybe it was a glitch in the server, then i just came to a white page and wasn't able to access any vforums at all, including support, for about half an hour

same with me, besides the half hour part. I refreshed it once, then reported it. then refreshed it 2 more times, and it came back.
