Well THIS users profile shows she posted 2 times, but actually in the Recent Posts column it shows she posted 4. I have also did a Fix-a-board as well on every single board. (gained at least 25 posts for doing so)

Would the Purge database help?

Two of the posts would have been made in boards which have post counts disabled.
