OK well for a long while now, and i just have been to lazy to say anything, I have had problems with the Poll system on multiple sites. This being that when a person tries to vote they get a "You may only select 0 options." when they have selected something. And it doesn't do it with just some of the Polls it does it will all of them.

It looks like when the poll has been created the "Allow users to vote for _ options" has defaulted to 0, which should not be a valid value. I'm looking at the poll creation and voting files now.

Edit: I could only find one poll on your forum to test against. Can you check if it is a problem on any other polls still and if so can I have a direct link to them. But in general, this should no longer be a problem {Smile}

those are my only two on that forum, I have a bunch on other forums that doesn't work, but at least the polls one my inuyasha site works, was it a problem in the system that was fixed or on the forum, because if it was on the forum I have a few more forums that need to be fixed.

The first poll I fixed manually (while trying to find the problem). After that I put in a patch which will (or should) detect when the same problem occurs and fix it automatically. I don't know if that is working or not as I've since fixed the problem which caused it (so cannot make a new poll with the problem) and have been unable to find another existing poll with the problem. Can you confirm if both polls are working? As I know I only fixed one manually (that one will have a "last edit" date displayed)

the other one is working perfectly fine now too, and the poll issue on the other sites is fixed as well. SO as far as I can tell its fixed thank, but now I wish I could just fix my problem with my mysql before I rip my hair out...
