I had just posted a reply and upon pageload, this happened:

Already fixed {Tongue Out} (Hopefully). I'd got something very similar when you PMed me. It was caused by the quote being opened in the notification but not closed (as the end was cut-off). Quotes should now be removed from that notification message.
