Why are thread titles appearing like that?

I'm on Opera 9.26 on Win XP

Thats how the thread title is appearing on the main page - many others are the same way. Browser and version I already posted.

I have a subtle feeling that it is in the 'mouseover' thing... Let me look.

I don't seem to be getting that error on the main page in Opera 9.26 on XP {Unsure}
