It don't work here on support, but it sure does on Forbidden Reunion.

I have it set up to pop up but it don't.

I'm seeing mine perfectly, so this is most likely a cache error. Wait for Ross to reply. {Smile}

It is working here most of the time. However if you submit a form (such as posting a message) at the same time (or just after) the PM is sent then the pop-up won't show. This is one of the things that will be recoded as part of the PM rewrite.

Also It didnt pop up when I logged in. I have a new message now.

As it's going to be compeltly recoded in a more user friendly way (but a less server friendly) so it'll show things like the subject & who sent the PM I'm not going to worry about this bug until after then.
