Ok i was told this was a bug not the code i'm using to redo the forum design. So here it it, when either a guest or a person is logged out the forum is all bunched together, it has no categories, just all the boards pushed together.

I've had to reset the permissions on some categories but do they all show as they should now?

Try resetting the access permissions for it (Admin Panel -> Modify Category)

ok i did that, but now the general category doesn't have a title telling what category it is.

Just so you know, I'm running some tests on your forum to try and find out which settings are conflicting to cause these results

Does everything display as it should now?
