Why don't you remove the UBBC tags that the mouseover doesn't support?

Such as: quote and ermm... code... {Unsure}

Also, can I suggest you have the mouseover come up when you hover over the link, and not the entire cell itself? Because the mouseover box actually kinda stresses the scroll bar. Just an idea.

A few formats were experimented with. Having it just over the link tends to be a bit buggy and can be difficult to get it to show up at all.
