When putting in an ICQ number, an error comes up saying;

So, the only ICQ number we can have are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10.

So yeah, I'm pretty sure there are more than 10 people with ICQ.

It's supposed to be no larger than 10 characters. It's now fixed.
