A forum about giving people designs and codes, if they don't know how. There is also a general section where those who are big talkers can talk their brains out. Originally the skin was going to be techy (grey + blue/light blue). But I guess I made it just grey, and not so techy, please rate.

Only about 6/10 so far , looks a bit too simple. I would add something to the banner if i were you. Make it more appealing

Firstly, name your board. When I opened this in my FF tab, it says 'Message Board'. Oh dear, how on earth is google going to index you with that name? Also not mentioning it will put people off your forum almost instantly.

Custom images... custom images... custom images. Customise it, this is the easiest forum software to customise, make use of it, go completely insane. Anything and everything is achievable.

I suggest you finish the design etc, before you contemplate advertising the place. Also, as was said before, work on the banner. Ok it looks ok, it's overly simplistic.
