Tycoon is a forum created by its members.

The Members: -
- decide what boards get added.
- decide who gets permission of each board.
- can suggest any genre of boards, from the World Beard and Moustache Championships to Beer.

The only criteria for a board is that it must receive a minimum of 3 posts per week.
Members are only allowed a maximum of 2 boards, however this increases by 1 every 6 months.

As a result the forum will be very laid back and chilled, however every forum and board will still be monitored to ensure that the Forum Rules are still adhered to
