This is a forum which was setup by the person sitting next to me. They wanted me to post it here for some reviews & comments.

A bit plain. I like the colors though. and no doubt it's new, so getting more boards/members.

Interesting, It looks good, but like D-Mage said, its rather plain and from what can be seen when logged out doesn't seem like there is much there when a lot more could be added to it. BU tover all for starting out i'd give it a 4/10

I think the main aim right now is to try and build on the content and community. I expect more boards would be added once the current ones get more activity. I hate seeing forums with really specific boards with no posts in them. Much better, in my opinion, to start with a few broad subjects and then create specific boards once you have the content and members to fill them.

What are the overall feelings on the:
- Colour Scheme. We know some layout parts need a little work still. But do people think the main colours go well together?
- General Concept. Have any of you used similar sites before? What were your feelings on them? What did you think could be added to make them better?

I'll try to persuade the site owner to post here too. It's his first vForum so I want to make it a good one

The thing I don't like is that the text is too big on the board descriptions & looks ... 'cheap' really. I like the on/off icons and the idea behind it. Although, not to be harsh but it'll have a hard time competing with 'webhosting talk'

Go there. Post USER reviews. None of this hosting sites making themselves sound brilliant.

Also in owership of donthost.com - since I don't want to just setup 301 on everything to the forum, does anyone have any ideas of what to do with this site - it could be made a blog, but what content would be put on here. Or should it be a directory listing of hosting and domain registrars with the option of user reviews and ratings?

Ideas all welcome. Criticism is taken particularly well. =]
