The only thing you customize was the banner and the off icons, so i just rate those.

Banner looks way too simple with that grunge brush and that simple text. i think for a forum that provides skins, your banner should at least be more detailed imo. Off icon is again too simple, i would add a gradient too it {Wink}

Skin is too simple and not all the images are customized {Sad} . But good luck with your forum! {Smile}
