A grade stamp , you know like when a teacher marks your paper and grades it say a F and it will have a little stamp saying F, I need one saying C for a web design im making.

You are wanting it to be a graphic I am assuming? If so I would just google grade stamp and then put it in photoshop, find a similar font and just change the f to a c. I can see if I can do it for you if you want.

I kept messing with it and i think this is a little better. if this is even what you are looking for lol.

Can you not read? I said a circle and make it black please , not just size
