Sorry, been busy the past day.

Anyways what do you mean by 50 speed?

i think the right term is duration? like how fast it switched between the images, and also of chores the background needs to be transparent

you removed part of the image...the space was suppose to be there to make it seem like he was jumping up and down and i dont want them to fade just want the two images put animated together as i had the above. and the speed looks good.
