Welcome to my tutorial,
During this tutorial you will learn how to make the following image, using only 2 layers in photoshop.

The .psd will also be available at the end.

Step 1
Using the rounded rectangle tool with a radius of 3px, I created the shape that I was planning to use.
I filled the shape with the colour #415d78.

Step 2
Double click the layer, or right click the layer and go to blending options.
Select Gradient Overlay. The settings I used where:-

Click Stroke: -

Step 4
Next click Bevel and Emboss and use the following settings. (May need to alter them slightly for your image)

Select Inner Glow, and use the following settings:

Layer 1 - Finished

Step 6 - Layer 2 (The text container)
Create another shape, I created another rounded rectangle with radius 3. Filled this with f5d03e

Step 7
Right click layer 2, and select blending options. Go to Stroke and use the following settings.

The PSD link was broken. It is ashame because I was thinking this could have been remade a different way {Smile} But I cannot test it.

I find this interesting, that it was done completely out of effects. It's not uncommon. But it is uncommon to see a whole tutorial out of it {Smile} I guess it's easier for people newer to the field to learn from it. As for the blending options, you could change that to bring out different affects.

OVerall not a bad tutorial {Cheesy}
