That's cool. Not much into Naruto, but the art looks really good.

It was done in Photoshop 7? Nice work. I had PS7, but Vista is not compatible, so I got CS2 now, I am trying to get CS3, but I can't download it, internet connection needs to get a bit faster.

Not really a vector but it's nice. {Tongue Out}
Some of the brushes are low quality and grunge brushes ruin it for me.
