Well I learned how to change the color of a car on another made background, I just had to trace it, and use the color effects to change the color. Did not know that til just last night.

Yes I know its simple, but hey I am learning, even though I have been using PSP9 for 2 years now, and I am still a n00b at it, but I am learning new things as I go.

C&C please.

(please no details, this was not for a project or anything, just fun, and nothing else. It most likely wont be used for anything other then being used on my desktop. OR if someone would like to use them for anything they can.)

edit:
Also I know the cutouts are bad, I am still not good with cutting things out like that. I used to just use the cloning tool.

First of all you should find yourself a nice tutorial on rendering ( cutting ) out images from their backgrounds. You cut out the car, and still had parts of the background. Also when coloring something realistic it helps to actually keeps certain things the original colors. So try avoiding just paint bucketing the selection you've made, try editing it more and getting a nice real in depth look as a different color.

actually all I just did was the selection tool. If I could have used the Magic Wand, I could but that only selected a few things, and when I was cutting out I did miss a few things I do realize it. The coloring was just from a preloaded effect, I also mixed the colors in it as well.

But other then that I don't see cutting out anything else in what I am going to be doing later on.
