How do you change the color of the UBBC icons, and Smiley's? Every time I have tried to, it was all wrong and never worked. I can't do anything right now, as I cannot download my Paint Shop Pro 9 on this computer because the lack of memory. But just for Future reference when I get my laptop back, how will I do it? Like the UBBC icons are black with the pictures on the buttons in red and a red border?
How will I do that?
Thanks,
Darkmage
Its so that I can have custom smiley's/UBBC's when I start focusing more on Mage Designs here soon as I get my laptop back.
Download the smilies/ UBBC and create a new layer above them and fill with the colour and set the layer setting to Color or Color(Legacy)
Will this apply with Paint Shop Pro 9?
Yeah , should do.... aslong as it has one of those Layer Styles
Alright, I will keep that in mind, and will bookmark this thread in my favorites So I wont forget.
Thank you.
That's fine just +rep me.If it doesn't work, let me know, but I'll be very suprised if it doesn't.
+rep? you meanKarmaReputation??
Ya![]()
oh![]()
So you're not gonna create them from scratch , just edit default one? :/
Yeah, I tried to do them from scratch.... Lets say I really do not want to talk about it..... It was ugly...... Im not that good with that kind of stuff,![]()
It's not really too difficult. I usually make a 16x16 - 24x24 circular marquee. Then fill it with the base color. Then work a bit on the depth or glossiness. Then zoom in to maximum and take out the pencil tool and a gray that will go with the base color. Then get drawing. Draw different emotions on different layers. Once I have everything I need, I usually choose the best-looking facial actions and either make them into a static GIF or an animated GIF.
