I thought I'll start growing the discussion board. So first it'll need some FAQ and help links.
Getting started
Free graphic programs
- Gimp - I recommend this for free programs. You could make a lot of great graphics even though it's a free program.
- Microsoft Paint - Pixel art.
Trial programs - (test before you buy)
- Photoshop - Most recommended program to use. This program have the most tools you can use then any others.
- Paint Shop Pro - Lesser tools you could use then Photoshop.

Get Brushes
Step by step
Installing a font
Go to:
Start -> My computer -> C: -> Windoms -> Fonts -> Drag the font file you downloaded into the folder.
The file must be unzipped.
Short cut to the folder
Start -> Run.. -> Put in: C:WindowsFonts -> okay
Installing a brush
Photoshop - Start -> My computer -> C: -> Programs -> Adobe -> Photoshop __ (version you have) -> Preset -> Brushes
Drag the brushes you have in it... must be unzipped though.

What are stock images? Stock images are photos that are free to use online.
For some great stock images look at: SXC
What are renders? Renders are images cutout from the stock images.
For vast amount of renders look at: Plant Renders
What are C4D's? 3D images made from 3D programs.
For example: A C4D I made
What are some 3D programs I can use? Demo of Cinema 4D
OMG!! Where do I host my images? PhotoBucket, ImageShack, RipWay.
