I have 2 questions:

1. People who do forum design and web design that use cs3 where did you get some tutorials to get you started?

2. Is there a way to install new brushes patterns etc. in CS3? If so how?

1) Well www.good-tutorials.com is a good site for web design they have a category under photoshop.

2) Move the brush file under programs>Adobe>cs3>Presets>Brushes>Adobe only
