It was random, I was bored, and played with Paint Shop Pro 9, and this is the result. {Grin}

and for some reason the Red Eye removal got in there lol. {Tongue Out}

It's cool i guess but not something that is impressive. I can't really suggest anything since you were playing with the effects.

But the fact that it is all made with filters is really cool. {Smile}

No not impressive, but yeah all Filters ^_^

What I am thinking of calling it is, Hyper space, because of the blue noise, and the black part, with the blue lines going back, but it is backwards. {Wink}

I just added noise, then Colorize it, which then turned the noise into blue. I will be making a new one, for the fun of it, and some other colors will be added as well.
