No he isn't a coder (as you can see)

Ross has access to the source fo the forums. So there was a maintance button at the top of the ladder what Ross was working on. He must've kicked it and it changed a profile =O

He did! He's been messing about with the wrong buttons and now all i have is symbols

Moderators and coders are seperate groups because they moderate different boards and do different things. But they've got pretty much the same powers.

So why have they got seperate names if they have pretty much the same powers?

As I said they moderate seperate boards. The coding boards are moderated by the "Coding Team". The graphics boards will eventually be moderated by a "Design Team". Maybe one day there'll even be a "GOAYB Team" and a "Support Team". I may play around with some of the groups later though and take full advantage of the "Multiple Groups" feature

Just to expand on that a bit, we're all in different groups since it's more organized. This way, new members will easily be able to tell who'll be helping them with their coding, who'll be helping them rate their board, who'll be making their next sig, etc.

It just helps new members get acquainted with the community easier.

Okay, all in all. Congratulations Graham. Go show the other moderators, and leave a mark in the General Board for years to come. If you were promoted by Ross, as it seems so, it must've been for a good reason, so I will follow it. Congratulations, you deserve it.

Also I still think it happened only because Ross kicked the ladder with coding buckets on top of it. They fell on one of his files, messing up your profile.
