I get an average of one new member every four days, and average about one post per week.
So now I must turn to others...what do I do to get my site active when I've tried everything, with no results?
I worked on my site for half a year, pulled all-nighters to meet the deadline for it. I've done a lot of advertising, offered incentives and prizes for posting, done everything I could think of to boost activity. Even my [three or four] members who are [somewhat] active say they can't figure out why my site isn't active.

Umm... how easy is it to navigate? And where exactly are you advertising? If you advertise some complete different software in a certain forum, some people may get confused and give up since they aren't used to it.

I advertise through affiliates, MSN, word-of-mouth, sigs, PBS, everywhere I can. My site is extremely easy to navigate, and the design/layout is easy on the eyes.
I'm just not sure... maybe like you're planning on your site, that new version will help? Also, some more resources?

Word of the new version has been out for about two months, and the activity hasn't gotten any better. If no one's expecting the new version, how will they be excited when it gets released?
As for the resources, I can't keep creating them all myself. I keep getting people to join who say they'll add some resources, then 2 months later they still haven't.

Yeah, but the company I'm reselling for doesn't have their payment system fully functional yet, so I won't get my money until that's fixed.

I wouldn't rule out too many to begin with, as any exposure is good exposure for a site/business that is trying to get it's name known. Maybe offer them discounts etc on hosting/design (if you offer design features) as a way of getting more interested?
