Online Companies confuse me. - Posted By ashkir (ashkir) on 7th Jan 08 at 12:50pm
About 20 days ago I ordered two things from TigerDirect.com for I can use for a new game, etc. Successfully paid for and all, they shipped it to the wrong address.

They received the packages back, from what UPS states "THE DELIVERY INTERCEPT REQUEST FOR THIS PACKAGE WAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED / RETURNED TO SHIPPER". So they sent me an email about two weeks ago saying they're processing my refund.

Now they just sent me an email saying my ordered was shipped to my house. o_o. They confuse me and their support is slow. My average response time to an email is about 4 - 6 days too. =(

Have they got a customer services you can phone? I always find speaking to someone is a lot easier than waiting for them to wade through their email system. {Smile}

yeah, however saying that you hate them, I have had a few good experiences with online companies. One even gave me a printer for £100 more than the one that I had ordered, because they din't have it in stock.

The phone number I was put on hold for an hour. I gave up on that. I hate talking on the phone. Always have.

I always had a good experience with Amazon and BUY.COM though.

Should've let me talk to them; if I can make my bank give me $100 when they only owed me $50, and make my cellphone provider give me a $50 credit to pay for when I sent 200 picture messages, I'm sure I could get an online company to give you a discount due to their mistake. {Wink}

If I told you that then you wouldn't pay me to do it for you! {Tongue Out}

But yes, online companies that don't have phone numbers are frustrating; like one of my very old hosts.
