It's bad... as it gets slower...

depends if ross' income increases proportionally to the slowness... if it does, then he could get a new server.

I think a Current Events forum would be a cool idea; I don't think I've ever seen one.

Current Events threads seem to pop up a lot in General boards, and they usually get quite a bit of interest; I think a forum on it would do well.

But there isnt much boards etc. that could be created

Actually, there could.

Split the news into categories; for example, have one section for war news, another for street crime news, possibly have a post count disabled section for joke news, etc.
