Yes...As .cn names are on promotion for 25ยข each right now. I decided I'd be nice and buy a few for vForum members whom want a domain name for the next year.
Please note this cost will only be paid for one year, and I am likely not to renew it. But if you want one please let me know. ^_^.
.cn means China like .us is United States; but a lot of people are using .co.nr and .tk ; why not .cn? And you don't have to suffer the adds restrictions the .co.nr and .tk have? I can help you with setting it up to your website, etc later on.
Sounds alright, but I still rather stick with .co.nr,
I do not believe there are any restrictions for .co.nr, now .tk before you can go to the site, you had to go through some sponsors (Unless that has changed since 2006)
.co.nr requires a link back. TK has ads that are popups from what I remember.
Link backs are fineI just add it to the affiliation system

You'd rather have a .co.nr than a tld? i know which i'd choose![]()
Yep.
(not advertising, just showing an example)

I'm sorry, but I must get geeky on you all.![]()
Technically it's not a free TLD. A TLD is the part after the period; the "cn" part. Those cost hundreds of thousands (possibly millions) of dollars to attain, and you need to go through quite a lengthy process. If I recall correctly, TLD's are not even available to the general public yet, though they are in talks of making them publicly purchasable.
In a way, even paid domains are just subdomains of the TLD under which they reside.![]()
Thanks Mark. xD. I knew it was wrong.
FREE SECOND LEVEL DOMAINS!
How's that?
The word "domain" would suffice.![]()
Darn. frufru.cn is already taken. Oh well, I got frufru.ca. Good enough
