It's undeniably a fantastic service provider. Maybe we could have an advertising competition? One who can design the best advertising campaign under a budget set by Ross, this is like real prices (like no saying: Blackmail Google or something).

But whoever has the best ideas with prices and numbers and things like that, would win Then maybe it could be implimented

So what you are saying is come up with an Ad campaign. Ross will fund it, and who ever wins will get what?

I bet Ross won't do anything that will take out more money out of his pocket. But I could be wrong

The prize that Ross decides upon But yea, essentially an add campaign to get vF more known tbh.

That'll be the day. I don't think PB is really hackable tbh. They did go through a DDOS attack but that's the only thing that could actually bring down PB most likely. I don't think they have any flaws in the coding. The only way to exploit them is if a coder makes a code and does not realize that that code could be exploited and thus harm PB.

But enough of PB.

I don't know the ad does sound good, but I think another skin competition should be made. Wrighty is gone so that helps out allot, because his skills with coding was madness. I think that the last competitions rules should still be in effect.

Plus we got new designers/coders. I learned a few good tricks for coding, thanks to Dwight and my designing should now be getting better

I vote for "most comprehensive documentation" of vForums as a service for a competition, personally...

That rival forum service you folks are talking about hacking is an actual company. Hacking is a serious crime if the company did not pay you to do so to do it to their own company.

Documentation would be interesting.

Skin is a good idea.

Well yeah it is a crime, that's why I said (well my point was) not to do that. BUT we can purchase some ad space

What about a referral system? Have people enter the VFSupport username of whoever referred them to vForums to create a forum, and when they register to a forum, they can do the same. And prizes to whoever gets the most people?

Maybe a full day of celebrations? Caption contests, graphic battles, a skin competition, a graphic worm, etc. Get a group of volunteers together to organize it, and you can do a lot.

If a skin comp or something similar I want to be a judge. I have no skill making graphics but I know what is good or not good and can stretch my words. I used to be a judge for Soumak's old competitions when he held em at SoCal; we always PM'd our results to him.

Aren't you a Mod on PBS?

I try to get people to come here, not allot of them want to, or their most successful forum is on PB. Or some try vF, but don't like it and go back to PB. I only got like 1 person within a year to make a forum on vF.

No, I'm commonly confused for a PBS mod.
