You have to post your desktop while you are rating the persons above you.
1) give a 1-10; 1 being not so great 10 being awesome.
you must give a reason, and you need to include Pro's and cons; pro's meaning what you like; cons meaning what you dont like.
But remember keep it appropriate and within the TOS. Also please refrain from flaming others desktop, and dont tell the ratee what they should have on their desktop.
