Anyone have really bad allergies? I do. What do you do to help you?

I'm allergic to a type of anti biotic. I was given it as a baby, and just had an allergic reaction. It's not anything horrible. I don't have any other allergies though.

I have seasonal allergies, I get sick during spring and fall, and all the time in the winter.
