This game is quite amazing. I got it on Thursday, and pretty much non-stop playing since thenI love almost every thing about it.. other than online co-op has been delayed apparently

The game seemed quite healthy when I played it.
I love this game, but I think that the 25 [or was it 250?] million dollars it cost to make could've been reduced if they'd planned better.
Yea, very true Marc. Alot of complaints from parents have been sent in about the Prostitutes
I meant the budget to actually make the game.
But yeah, certain parts are a bit vulgar; perhaps they'll release a more "clean" version for those whose parents feel are too young for the full game. It would make them more money in the end.

I honestly doubt Rockstar would change their game for a PG version so younger audiences could buy it. They didn't do it for San Andreas, so why would they for this? The game does get a bit weird with women, but really, the graphics make you remember it's not real in my opinion. The only thing that looks real are non-people things.
I just got done playing with a few people I know from forums, and it was a lot of fun. Stealing helicopters, holding up burger kings and strip clubs, and just get huge star ratings from cops. This game is terrific.
From watching the reviews on IGN, etc it's made me seriously tempted to go out and buy a PS3
Do any company hold the distribution rights for GTA? I know it's on the PS3 and XBox 360, but Rockstar have released game/s on the Wii, so would there be a possibility of it making it to the Wii?
No, no company owns the rights, it'll go out to any system that rockstar feels like.
If Rockstar wanted to put it on the Wii, they would of already. Buy a 360 if you want it, PS3's suck

Got really into the story mode this weekend, and wow. It's really confusing. I did 3 missions for this guy named Manny, who is big on anti-drugs and what ever. I also did missions for some chick who is a coke addict, and I was in her house while she was snorting coke and Manny came to bust her. She shot him in the head which basically made everything I did completely pointless for him
VERY early in the game you get your girl friend, Michelle. BIG LIE. I've dated her, and what ever a lot, she likes me 100% on the stats. Today Malorie ( Roman's girlfriend ) calls me and says something is weird about Michelle, then Michelle calls and wants to meet me. She turns out to be a government official, and takes me to this other government dude. He wants me to do jobs for the U.S. Government. I ended up killing a dude for the U.S. government pretty much
I used to like GTA III, not much of a GTA fan anymore, its gotten to graphic, and im 18
Here is my opinion on the whole PS3, Xbox 360, Wii battle. None of them are the best. Why? BECAUSE EVERY FREAKIN PERSON WAS MADE DIFFERENT AND EVERY PERSON HAS THEIR OWN OPINION! Excuse the caps, some people just can't drive that into their skull far enough to remember that. It's impossible for the consoles to battle because they are different as well, and people opinions vary to match the console.
When I said PS3 sucks it was sarcasm. I honestly wouldn't mind buying a PS3 myself it's just that it's not worth it for me. I have a 360, and the only game that is on PS3 that I'd consider is.. now on Xbox.
GTA IV isn't too graphic at all. In fact it's been down graded. The max amount of blood I've seen is from a head shot, and it wasn't that bad. Then the whole women thing in the game isn't that bad. They're never fully nude anyways.
As far as GTA IV, it's a great game. Both my younger bro, and my cousin have it. I've only played it once, sadly. I basically spent the whole time driving around while blowing things up, and wrecking cars.
As for your little arguement over which is better between 360 and PS3, my opinion is goes toward 360 being better. Nothing wrong with PS3, but quite frankly, I can't afford a game council that costs that much.
What they should have done was release it for PS2. That's all I have, and that's all I need. If I need to play GTA IV, I just borrow my brother's Xbox 360.
Last time I've heard anything about the PS3 price it's about $400 now, which was the cost for a 360 right when they came out. The original $600 starting price didn't last too long.
An 80gb PS3 with one controller and one game is $400, compared to a 20gb Xbox 360 with one controller and one game for $350. PS3's expensive price tag has been substantially reduced since it was released.
Not a bad deal. With the Xbox though there isn't too much reason to have a big hard drive. Most game saves are only a few megabytes, and only when you buy downloadable content does it take any room.

The main reason that I'd want a ps3 is because it plays ps3, ps2, and ps1 games. Not to mention, the control for GTA IV will be more like the past games. That's one of the problems I had with Xbox. I was never familiar with the controls.
Personally I have no problem with the Xbox line of consoles. Xbox has fun games, online play is also fun, and it has good graphics.
However, I just prefer PS3 as it's what I'm used to and have used the PlayStation line of consoles since the PS1. I like the games better, the controls better, the free online, the Blu-Ray player, the easy-to-use OS [which can be replaced with Linux, by the way.]
