I have a different laptop i have a Toshiba, its better then the compaq and the compaq was sold out, this laptop was the same price. clicky

Vista is awesome, the graphics show up allot better then it does on vista ^_^.

I havnt installed my Paintshop Pro 9 yet, so lets cross our fingers that it works Smiley

I still have to get used to the keys, all my life on computers, Ive been using a desktop keyboard. I also have to get used to the mouse because I am so used to the roller {Tongue Out} , I like using the glideer too, just have to get used to it.

I can't wait to get my laptop that has Vista as well.

I've had a laptop for awhile, but I don't use the built in mouse/keyboard. My parents bought a wireless keyboard/mouse and they gave it all to me as a package when they gave me this laptop so I've always had it.

I use the actually built in one though every now and then. Keyboard switch isn't much of a difference, but the mouse can be so annoying.

Nice upgrade too {Wink}

Yeh this runs smoother then the xp. Runs faster too. Its so awesome. The mouse is annoying at times, but it still works.

Personally I can use the mousepad with the same efficiency as a normal mouse since I've been using pretty much only laptops for the past 2 and a half years or so. {Tongue Out}

How do you turn on Bluetooth? It tells me to insert the USB flash drive, the only Bluetooth Flash Drive I have is iotech and its vista compaitble, but I always keep it pluged into our desktop.

EDIT: Is there a way were I can scroll through a page like how you use a mouse and the roller in the middle is? Because I am not used to going to the side of the page and using the scroll bar XP.

Depends on your laptop. Mine has a little scrolling bar on the right side, although I never successfully figured out how it works. I had a laptop before this one that all I had to do was touch anywhere in that designated area and it would scroll.

I have a scrollbar on the side of my touchpad that scrolls, but I can get the same little scroll thing as if I were pressing the middle wheel on a mouse by pressing in both buttons at once. {Wink}

When I press the 2 buttons it highlights as I go up or down.
