hello everyone i'm having trouble with this member

she sign up with our forum, and i know she has access to weather
received emails

she send me this email

Can you please remove me from your site, I have never in my life seen a site that sends so many emails out. Maybe make a list of what you have to say and send JUST ONE. I have gotten far to many from you.

If I receive any more I will report you as a spammer!


in this situation i don't know what to do so i really need your help

what should i do ?

no there was only one time that we send 3 or four times

but that was because members had start it to join so i just want it to let them know what was going on with the forum

Isn't it possible for the person to turn off 'mass e-mails' in their profile. Tell them to do that. And also, you can't be reported for being a spammer because you only sent 4 emails! {Tongue Out}

as to make it easier she's not in my forum any more, and some of my other friends said that she did the same thing to other forums
