Today i had to serve an after-school detention and i got from my science teacher and i thought i had to serve it in his classroom. But i actually had to serve it with my principle for 2 hours after school. And, well, hes scary.
So at the end of school, which was about 2:15pm, i sat in the office for a little bit with three other guys and waited for the principle. BUT, the coolest teacher in the whole school comes in and asks the principle if he can take us and have us serve detention in his classroom. And, thankfully, the principle said okay.
So while we walked with him down to his classroom he said, "Okay guys im going to let you guys go at 3:00 if one of you guys can beat me in paper football." We didnt think he was serious but he was.
When i got in his room he has a big closet full of snacks and pop. He lets his students have anything they want out of that closet, but they have to pay 50 cents for it. Luckily i had a five dollar bill in my pocket and i bought like 3 cans of pop, 3 bags of chips, and 4 candy bars.
He turned on some music and then we had a paper football tournament. One of the other guys beat him and we got let out at 3:00pm. So instead of serving a 2 hour detention with the principle, i served a 45 minute detention with the coolest teacher in school.
Unfortunately, i have another one to serve tommarrow.
Very good.
Your joining the Dark Side.
We don't have after-school detentions at my school.
Detentions are the first 15 minutes out of an hour and a half lunch and you can do what you want; play video games, talk on your cell, talk to friends, anything you want.

Nah, i got it from flicking a pencil. The science teacher was in a relly bad mood. And i have to serve two because i was supposed to serve it on Thursday, but he didnt give me a detention slip, which is what teachers usually give.

Usually thats what teachers give us, just half your lunch taken away. But like i said, he was in a bad mood.

We can't have technical devices out in class or out in the hall till after school, thankfully we all ignore the rules and still mess with our phones ipods, ETC.
Thats sweet, our detention is 45 mins long with a boring teacher. I've never had one in highschool. I had like 10 a year in middle school.
We don't have detention at my school. We have a separate grade called Conduct. If your an idiot and you act out, you get a conduct alert and eventually the grade goes down. It stops people from getting all A's and crap, so it can be pretty gay.
Wow you all are lucky, Get to play Paper football (would that be paper soccer in American, We play with a Triangle paper created from scratch, and play American football (noob question I know ) )
and playing games, talking on phones, ect, not fair.
Ive not really had a detention, besides getting in trouble with a program thats not supposed to be in my possession, whoops, since it was my first offense I got let off with a warning. But other then that, I asked if I could stay after to get my work done, because I missed like 4 days of school.

At my school you can request an in-school suspension for a day where you just sit in the suspension room with those who actually did things to get suspended.
Really lol, I don't even know were the ISS room is, I know were the OSS is, at home, but if I had ever gotten OSS, I'd have to say good bye to you all. But that aint going to happen in a million years. Most people want OSS because their parents don't care, and they get to be at home and play games all day.
We have detentions and suspensions.
We have two types of suspensions. There's in-school suspension, where you have to spend an entire day in a room. There's out-of-school suspension, where we can't come onto school property at all.
We also have three types of detentions. There's after-school detention, where we have to sit in a room for an hour. There's a Saturday Morning detention, which we have to go to a room in the school for a couple hours and sit there. There's also a lunch detention, where we have to eat lunch in a separate room. (In junior high during Lunch detention, we had to write rules while we ate. There were like 30 rules, and one was like four lines long.)
Our in-schools and detentions are very strict. You don't serve it, you get additional. If you talk, you get additional. Electronic devices are taken off you if caught using them. If you come to school during an out-of-school, we can get additional of those.
I never got a detention. But I got out-of-school suspended indefinitely once.
wow i wish i had teachers like that

Out-of-School detentions were taken away here, as they're treated as a vacation. Also the school can't legally force us to go to school on Saturday so we can't have those. Our lunch detentions only last 15 minutes, too.
But yes, if you skip an in-school, you get another. Skip that one, get a week's worth. Skip that and get expelled.
Similar with detentions; skip one, get another. Skip that one, get an in-school.
I have the same type of detentions and suspensions. I think they took out the outta school because people just act like its a no school day. Sometimes parents don't care about that stuff.
I have no Saturday detention but have the other 2.
Over all I had 1 Suspension and 6 detetions.
