Personally I don't see what's so stupid about it. I read about this not too long ago. I thought it was something that was simply amazing, walking away with cash in one hand, and a passport in the other. Awesome idea!

It's stupid because he's selling everything to strangers, now if he sold them to his friends it wouldn't be that bad. I think he has a mental problem.

Can you tell me WHY this is stupid? I see that he is going to get the equivalent monetary value, if not more than what everything is worth to him. It's a marvellous money making plan!

I personally think the guy would have a reserve. Also I'm pretty sure he'll get twice what it's all worth due to all of the publicity.

Why? I don't see how it would at all, he's getting a very tidy sum of money from it, and as a result is getting a new life more or less. Something the guy wants.
