I just tried going to the add or remove programs, and nothign happens, I tried taking a shortcut and it just takes me to the control panel.

Is it possible that option has been removed?

If you're the administrator then no. It's not possible to remove it for the administrator. Are you sure that it's not doing anything?

I am the Administrator.

I'v tried opening it several different ways, nothing works.

I wish there was a noheaders tactic for things like these {Tongue Out}
