No. I don't agree with this. I feel a debate/discussion a week is fine as it is. Perhaps when we reach more and more debates then one could be formed. But at the moment, it isn't needed.

I don't see a need for it at the moment personally. So far there haven't been many debate threads so it's very hard to judge how successful one would be.

When there are more members, and the debate threads become a success then i don't see why not {Smile}

There havn't been hardly any debates because ple don't know if they can start a debate since theres no debate section.

People can just start a debate if they really want to. There is nothing stopping them

It's a "general" board, so as long as it's not against the TOS they can post whatever they like {Tongue Out} If anyone's unsure, they can always ask a staff member who'll confirm it {Wink}

It'll die out, or it'll be spammed. I don't remember the last time a debates board on a forum every worked.

What's wrong with the debates being in the general board? There perfectly fine being posted here in my opinion.

I never understood the purpose of a 'debates' board. Really, if they're so frequent and common that they can't be left in the general board, you're arguing, not debating.
