So I lose an hour of sleep or I sleep an extra hour. It doesn't effect me, it's a Sunday {Tongue Out}

Re: Daylight savings time! - Posted By Nick (nickb) on 9th Mar 08 at 4:34am

I had to set my clock ahead an hour. It kinda sucks since I feel I was robbed an hour of my weekend.

But on the bright side, Darkmage's statement will apply to me as well; work will seem shorter {Grin}

Re: Daylight savings time! - Posted By tricky.cb (crazyblue) on 9th Mar 08 at 6:04pm
Well, because of the time change I went to sleep at what felt like 5 AM but really was 4 AM and was deprived of my good 10 hour sleep and only got 8 hours and I woke up 5 minutes ago pissed at the world {Tongue Out}

Re: Daylight savings time! - Posted By Nick (nickb) on 9th Mar 08 at 10:29pm
I was really cranky this morning, only got 4 hours of sleep, and had to work 8 hours today {Sad} . This is really funny 3rd shift lost an hours pay, I laughed at one of them, but he said he will just get the manager to adjust their time. so that they can get their full 8 hours pay. {Grin}

Re: Daylight savings time! - Posted By Mason Fett™ (masonfett) on 10th Mar 08 at 7:00pm
I believe it was the night that we had to turn our clocks ahead, I was at work (forgot all about the time change), so we seemed right on schedule until I heard my boss say that it was almost twelve (midnight) when my watch said like 10:52 or something. Dang, I was hoping to get out of work early. {Unsure}

Lucky you. Guess you can not use an excuse for being late to work about your clock didn't adjust automatically. {Tongue Out}

In the fall he could say his alarm clock went back an hour without him knowing, so he was late for work because of that. {Tongue Out}
