Main Footer

This adds a profile edittable box that allows the members to create their own bio. This will appear at the bottom of their profile.

Also Supports UBBC & Smilies. Has the smilies & UBBC buttons next to the box.

I don't know what Ross' final say on it was... but I was bored and thought I'd start making some JS codes, and looked through the suggestions and made this one! {Tongue Out}

yeah, don't type in long lines! {Tongue Out}

If you were to put a space in there it would be fixed instantly! {Cheesy}
