I was wondering if it's possible for a code to be made for the staff where they can bold their thread titles, italicize their thread titles, strike-through their thread titles, etc. Or maybe certain users - appointed by the admin - can be allowed to do this. I don't know if this is already allowed or not. This would help stickies, announcements, and locked topics stand out.

Just:
Bold, italics, Strikethrough & Underline?

Anything else?
