I have a download system almost setup and everything as you can see here but i can't finish it, the categories are linked to thread in which people can post there own download for people to download, but i need to be able to track how many posts have been posted in each board so i can keep the amount of downloads up to date. And if it is possible can i get a code so that a person can upload stuff and when they click onto the thread it instantly begins to download what every that person uploads, and don't worry about the security issues with this, i will check every file and make sure no viruses have been uploaded before i release them into the download section, hell even if you cant get me a code i'd be happy to take ideas on how i can go about setting this up

well umm, well idk 175 megs...some where around there, thats why i was wondering if i could use my own host so it wouldn't take up so much space, because for all the stuff i could upload it would be a total of at least 18 gbs in anime eps...
Just making sure, are these legal versions of the anime episodes? Just wondering, as the vForums ToS states that no sites may contain, or links to sites containing, warez or other illegal content.
they are legal, they can right off of the disks themselves, i left them as is and just uploaded them, that isn't illegal right? I know ir is if i use my own copyright and/or sell the videos.

I believe you need proper licensing to display copyrighted material to the public, but that's something you'll have to check with the owner of the anime.

As long as you've got everything abiding by the ToS, then do whatever needs to be done.
