Hopefully this support forum is now completely back online

We've had a number of problems with the server it is hosted on over the last few days. Originally that server went down for essential maintenance because the main hard drive was failing. But while trying to transfer data over to the new drive from both the original main drive and the backup drive errors occur ed. The guys who manage this server have done a great job over the last few days manually restoring accounts so we should be thankful for that

Unfortunately, the most recent version of the support forum database became locked so I have had to restore the backup taken on the morning of the 16th November. I'm waiting to hear back on if the missing data can be gotten hold of and restored. If not then any posts made or PMs sent since the 16th will need to be resent. My apologises for this if that is the case.

No user forums have been affected by this outage.

Glad to know it's back

We have had to revert to the backup taken on Monday 16th. Everything posted or changed between then and when I started this topic will have been lost. I'm still waiting to hear back from the hosts if they will be able to retrieve the missing data.
