A second smaller wave of updates to the skinning system has just been uploaded. There have been four main changes in this area:
- Ability to set a different banner for each skin. To do this, the banner URL input field has been moved to the modfify colors page
- Ability to limit access to some skins. The choices for who can access each skin are Everyone (Including Guests), Just Members and Just Staff Members. Whichever skin is set as the forum default it must be accessible to guests.
- Options when exporting a skin as to which fields should be exported
- The missing fields of welcome table background image and menu text color have been added to the modify colors page
Also updated today has been the board view page, the one which lists all topics. The layout of some information has been moved to make way for a list of page numbers for threads longer than one page.
The third area to be updated is the last post column on the main page. This link should now take you to the last page you viewed within a thread. Because this requires a change to the way data is stored, it will not take effect on any threads you viewed before today until you view them again.
Hope you enjoy the new features.
It looks wonderful, Great job Ross!

Ah ok i see.
Yet another couple of changes have been made. Two new types of automatically generated gradients are available, ones that go across the screen rather than down. In addition to that, I've changed the layout of the modify images page so that the images are split into different sub-sections with similar images. For example, all the private messaging related buttons are grouped together.

That looks cool; much easier to edit certain sections. Thanks Ross.![]()
Definitely an improvement when it comes to the image croups - to an inexperienced admin it would look confusing but it's much easier to navigate now![]()
